A Short Description

I relocated to Huntsville Alabama in 2005 after a sucessful career in the U.S. Air Force. I have a very diverse management and leadership background, having directed various size divisions and departments throughout my last twelve years in the AF. I have been employed by the City of Huntsville, AL., for the past nine years and am currently the Director for the City ITS Department.

I have extensive experience and education including:

  • CCNA Trained (2011)
  • CISSP (2012)
  • CISSP-ISSMP Trained (2013)
  • CCISO (2014)
  • Vice President of Operations, Cyber Huntsville, 2015-Present
  • Active member North Alabama ISSA and Infragard
  • Various management positions, supervising up to three divisions and eight departmental managers, encompassing up to 260 employees
  • Managed educational work centers instructing over 2000 students annually

As a leader at the executive and mid-level tiers, I have utilized my skills in many successful process reengineering inititives. I have been involved in education and training throughout my career and have created, evaluated, and improved a number of processes and programs. I have traveled and lived in many different countries, which has endowed me with a great deal of appreciation for diversity. I feel I would be an asset to any organization as I am an extremely level-headed individual with a flair for team-building, problem solving, and increasing efficiency.

This site was constructed as an avenue for potential employers to gather more information about me and review my qualifications and experience. It is certainly not all-inclusive, but does allow me to expand on some of the information contained in my resume.
